 Our farmers market is unlike most. We have created a very unique concept with our innovative plans. Our Farmers Market is more like a street festival.

We are going to expand our Market Dome Tent to

facilitate all the vendors under the Big Top Tent

Every Wednesday as part of the
Farmers Market we will have:

Location - at the Kenora Harbourfront, Bernier Drive

Vendor Table Rates
Single event table      - $30.00
Seasonal event table   - $430.00 (16 event dates)
What you receive: One Single 8' table plus 2 chairs.
Additional tables available at $25.00 per table.

Set-up time is 9:00 a.m.
(loading and unloading limited to 20 mins. max)
Vendor vehicles must be moved to vendor parking area.
Sale time from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
No vendor selling prior to start time. Violation of this rule could mean suspension as a vendor to
Kenora Farmers Market.

Maximum of 3 tables per vendor.
Seasonal vendor deposit - $200.00
Vendors reserving spaces at the Farmers Market and failing to show will be put on a waiting list with no assurance for a table of their choice.

Please Note: Vendor Space preference will be given to:

  • Home grown garden produce
  • All hand made products -  arts and crafts
  • Organic and enviromental products
  • Vendors reserving space for the 16 weeks of Farmers Market
  • First choice of space location for seasonal vendors (16 weeks)
NO import resale products
NO second hand clothing or furniture
NO selling of charity tickets or draws or solicitation
